About Sean Cunningham

Born in 1973 in Long Island, New York, Sean Cunningham developed a passion for painting and sculpture from his parents love of classical art. Sean's father was a welder at the New York Times, who instructed his two young son's how to paint and sculpt. 

 

Sean currently lives in Houston, where he studied art theory and history at the University of Houston. He gained his artistic inspiration from the early expressionist, synchronist and post war abstact American artist.
